Before you sue Allegiant Airlines in small claims court do you have to make sure your case qualifies. Small claims courts are designed to handle specific types of claims. There are two things you need to pay attention to:

Your demand letter can be simple and straightforward – tell Allegiant who you are (your name, address, phone number and account number), what the problem is, and what you want from them. The whole letter can be a few sentences. The point is just to make sure you can check the box for the court before you file paperwork.

In order to sue Allegiant Airlines in small claims court you will typically have to physically visit the courthouse during specific hours and days of the week to hand-deliver your forms.
You will have to pay a small claims court fee before you can sue Allegiant Airlines, the amount of which should be published on your court website.
