Just because you are ready to sue Dollar Rental Car in small claims court does not mean your case qualifies. There are a few limiting factors that you need to be aware of.
If your claim doesn’t fall within the limits of your state’s small claims court, you’ll have to arbitrate your claim instead.

If the demand letter did not get a response and your issue is still unsolved, now you sue Dollar Rental Car in small claims court.
