Why does Radvocate ask for my card information?

  2. In rare cases when a client becomes unresponsive we reserve the right to charge a $30 “ghosting” fee for our time and effort on a claim. See below for more details.

How and when will Radvocate charge me?

  1. If you win compensation for your claim, We send you a bill for 15% of your award. You can pay this bill with whatever card you’d like. We’ll always give you notice and an opportunity to opt out.

  2. If Radvocate sends and manages a claim and the client later become unresponsive to repeated contact attempts and fails to report an outcome, we reserve the right to charge a $30 fee. However, if your claim is unsuccessful, or if you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, just let us know and you pay nothing.
