Firstly, I signed up for sprint to have a cheaper bill. The company gave me an estimated bill of $220 when the bill actually ended up costing me $340 a month which was more than I previously paid at Verizon wireless. Upon recieving my phone I could not get service for 4 days because of the lack of communication within sprint wireless. I have now switched back to verizon after two years of service and lease agreement with sprint. Now after mailing back all 4 of my phones in working condition ending my lease agreement. I am being charged $274 for remaining balances or "scratches" on my phones bringing down the value.
They changed a bank I didn’t Authorize them to use, I only authorize them to use the PayPal credit card not not my bank
They refused to re-add my Son to our family plan after we stopped his usage for 1 month. Then forced another full contract for my Son. Then changed a letter in his last name and created another contract for my Son. Meaning 24 hour fitness charged my Son 3 full membership fees for 1 account. When they refused to stop charging us for 3 full accounts(They said we agreed to this) we stopped our bank from allowing them to charge our account, and started to pay our bill in cash.
I signed a contract with at&t buy one get one free and have never got the discount. I have talked to a representative over 20 times and I keep being told that it's their mistake and being fixed. However over a year has passed I still have to call nonstop. Was on the phone with them for 5 hours today. Also I paid for the directv bundle witch included internet and a $200 gift card never received either one. I was told they cannot give service to my area however I have still been charged every month for over a year.
I have had boost mobile for my second time around now the first time being for four + years from approximately 2009 - 2014 and during that whol period i experienced countless dropped and interrupted phone calls from either bad service and/or at many times no service at all leaving me having to data as well. Now im on my second stint with boost this time for nearly 6 months and even after the last 5 years of being gone from boost the coverage and service hasnt changed one bit. I honesly dont understand how this business stays alive. Sometimes you dont even get what we pay for or good service as boosts mistakedly claims.
I had terrible service with DirecTV to the point that I was forced to cancel their services for making me pay for services that I was unable to reliably receive. I was billed online and don't have a paper copy of the bill for early cancellation of their services. I paid the bill and asked for a printed copy of it and they kept sending me the final bill showing that my service was disconnected and I didn't owe any money but they refused to send a bill showing that I paid $299.51 for cancelling their service before the end of the contract.
AT&T has sent me a bill for over a year in the amount of $257.37. I have a chat transcript as well as several dozen calls where I was told over and over that the account I'm being billed for, has absolutely nothing to do with me and was supposedly sent to their fraud department more than half a dozen times. I've spent over a year fighting this, fighting it when they sent it to collections, and when I tried contacting them I get the same 'That account isn't even in your name. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be sending this to our fraud department.' That's a year now.
On Sunday the 12th my wife and I were forced to leave our home because of a domestic disturbance of a family member. We were able to stay with some friends on the short notice. The next morning we attempted to book through AirBnB's services for a 2 week stay so that we could have some time to look for a new place to live, based on reviews from friends and family and AirBnB's website advertising their reliability, customer service and fraud protection because we were very short on funds.
On 4/24/2019 Wednesday, I went to LA Fitness started a gym membership. Under the recommendation from the Alina and couple other staffs, they gave me a free personal training session (PTS). And talked me to sign up for their training program. All I wanted is a short trail, few training session her and there. I personally never into physical development, I never had any paid membership of any gym. After free personal training session, at Alina’s office, I mentioned and emphasized multiple times that I am not interested train myself into muscle guy or running marathon, I am only here to improve my health and enhance my immune system.
American Airlines had lost my luggage and I had filled out a passenger property questionnaire to claim for the amount lost. After their review, they are claiming the receipt for the Louis Vuitton (LV) hang bag I provided is fake. They claimed they had called LV and this purchase is not in their records. I explained to them that the hang bag was given to me by my close friend and this is the receipt of a legitimate purchase at LV. My case manager at American Airlines said I could respond to the email and repeal it.
I had DirecTV NOW Service and upgraded to DirecTV in Jan 2019. I was told that upon the activation of the my DirecTV service the DirecTV NOW would be terminated. ATT DirecTVNOW has collected nearly $400 in unauthorized duplicate billing for a service that was cancelled due to upgrading to a more expensive and complete service from the same company. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with ATT DirecTV but they are claiming that ATT DirecTV NOW service is a separate department than ATT DirecTV... There's no phone number or email for contacting DirecTV NOW... The only form of communications is via Chat.
On Thursday, 4/25/19, my Apple Iphone 7 Plus stopped making calls. On Friday 4/26/19, I went to the local Poway ATT Store who tried to fix it but only offered upgrading my phone or going to an Iphone repair center. I visited the repair center as they suggested at the ATT Store only to learn that the phone will no longer work bc the microphone aka motherboard is out. So, since this is the first issue I have had with my phone ever, we called assurant and filed a claim. I received a phone Saturday, 4/27/19. Unfortunately, I was sent a broken phone. After spending 4 hours in an ATT Store and 2 hours on the phone - I was finally told to return the phone back to assurant by Cindy who also stated they will refund me the $112 fee that was assessed once the phone was received.
I returned Sprint equipment the 3rd day of having it and their policy is return in 30 days for full refund. It's been a little over a month and I have not received my refund for the device I returned and they keep charging me for the monthly plan for which I don't have service with them.
I activated my phone over the phone and when I went to pay my bill my all of my information was wrong... 8 digit PIN, name on my account, address, and even my answer to the test question was wrong so now they won't let me get into my account but they will allow me to pay my bill without any of that information
I had service with metro PCS since 2018. I called to pay my bill on May 2, 2019. The representative took my payment and in May 7th my phone was disconnected without any warning. I called metro PCS back to find out why my phone was disconnected after speaking with 4 representatives. I was told that the phone was disconnected due to most of my call's being made and received on other Carrier networks. I was never aware of this nor was it something that I could control.
I didn’t have service in my home at all for two months and still don’t have data after three months.They refused to let me out of my contract
I am disabled i have called frontier every month for three years Trying to get help for no income, was never made aware there is a charge takin out of everyones bill every month for help (low income) They have charged me $9 a every month every month for three years or more late fee for bill not being paid on time

They have removed the charges a few times but I'm going through my bills and I have been paying them too much money to continue to have them keep fraudulently charging me.
They didn't allow me on flight to London claiming I was late arriving.. I was stranded In Chicago and lost all the money I spent on the ticket as well as non-refundable hotel rooms. The friend I was traveling to London with got stuck in London alone. I also had to pay my own way home to Minneapolis from Chicago. They clearly stated they had empty seats on the next flight to London but wouldn't let me board unless I purchased a full new ticket I couldn't afford.
In 2018 I entered an agreement with AT&T to provide fast internet to my house they were unable to provide this. my phone service through Verizon was just as fast. Our agreement was 100% satisfaction guaranteed in which I was not satisfied and I was not willing to pay then they reduce the bill saying that I had to pay for the service guy to come out. I disagree they never provided what they said they were going to provide.
