Airbnb Complaint

Host committed theft of Guest property, then Host committed extortion by demanding additional money, other than shipping fees, to return Guest property. Airbnb never reached out to Host to demand return of Guest property, instead, Airbnb rebated 50% of replacement cost of stolen items value to Guest. Host is still listed on Airbnb.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Pay remaining balance of replacement cost of stolen items or obtain the stolen items from the Host. Ban the Host, and his family, from listing on Airbnb.
