On the week of 15-22 Feb, I called Sprint multiple times requesting to cancel my accounts. I want no ties with them whatsoever. They canceled my phone service but kept my iPad account running. I didn't realize my account was still running until I received a bill. Immediately called them and of course they have no record of my phone call even though their calls are supposedly recorded.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Clear my account and not allow them to ruin my credit.
