Sprint Complaint

The plan in the store was for me to trade in my old phones for new phones and cancel out two old phone numbers for two new ones and the promotion would allow my bill to stay the same amount monthly without having to put a lot of money down. It is now 2 months later and I never received the boxes to return the phones and I am paying for all of the phone lines (new and old) and so my bill has been double the amount which I have on auto pay. I have had someone that works in the store trying to help me and I have called customer service but nothing seems to be getting fixed. If I knew my bill was going to be more expensive I would have never gotten the new phones and put money down on top of it.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refunds, and new phones that will allow my bill to be where I need it.
