My dispute is with at&t on several occasion giving false information regarding transfer of billing responsibilities and also false information on how to resolve to date I’ve wasted over 10 working hours to resolve an error on their customer service department to also be hung up on 5 separate occasions as well I’ve reached out to corporate twice today to only be hung up or randomly disconnected twice I’m wanting to file an arbitration claim against them and be compensated for my time missed at work stress and financial losses their negligence has caused
