I had money sent to me o PayPal. I sent the funds from paypal to paypal prepaid. PayPal is saying it sent the money to PayPal prepaid and PayPal prepaid is claiming the transaction failed. However my funds were not returned I've made several complaints about my funds and nothing is being resolved. I need help I correcting this issue. At this poi t it's not even about the money ey it is the principle behind how they treat customers. I made my complaints over the telephone and somehow who ever I am speaking with still manages to mess it up and I am going on 3 weeks of no resolution. My transfer should have been instant.

Refund my money. Compensate me for all my time wasted sleepless nights doing research. Stop lying to people. Ensure this wont happen again to anyone.
