Metro PCS policy is preventing me from using my phone which is my property that is entirely paid off. They will not unlock my phone and I do not get service where I need it. They say I have to wait 180 days after I pay for the phone to unlock it... Can anything be done? I've wasted money on new service and a Sim card on this phone and I can't even use it. Please help.

I had problems if unlimited data service numbers of times, paid prorated fees and had them cancelled I paid more bills than months I was there, I reported a factory defect in my phone with customer service and retail store, had my Amazon cancelled once for no apparent reason and once without my authorized consent, when ask about going 4 days without service at all I was told the towers were down and my fiance and daughter had metro also and their service was great in same place

I called Metro to inquire about charges on my account. The first employee I spoke with was rude and kept cutting me off when I was asking questions. Then she gave me incorrect information about my bill , so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Once transferred to a supervisor he explained in detail why I was billed the way I was. He explained that I wasn’t charged my while amount for my previous month billing cycle so I carried over. I informed him that I was unaware and I should not have to pay for a mistake that their system had made.

I had service with metro PCS since 2018. I called to pay my bill on May 2, 2019. The representative took my payment and in May 7th my phone was disconnected without any warning. I called metro PCS back to find out why my phone was disconnected after speaking with 4 representatives. I was told that the phone was disconnected due to most of my call's being made and received on other Carrier networks. I was never aware of this nor was it something that I could control.

I wasnt getting calls nor text, my phone was doing everything that a hacked phone does, in fact it appeared as if cloned. 5 times I went to metro pcs stores and the employees acted like I was an idiot. Like they had never heard of cloning nor hacking. I noticed files appearing called UNITYAd Rewards, Apk, MPK logger, photo cropper, hidden files and programs all over my phone.
