Sprint Has Horrible Service And I’m Tired Of Paying My Bill And Not Getting What I’m Paying For!!
Started a new job and I don’t get service in that area. Asked to cancel and it’s being dragged out.
Set up sprint service, the service didn't work well at my home. Returned the phones and devices within the 14 day grace period (day 11) and they didn't cancel the service until 2 months later. Now I can't get a "supervisor" on the phone and apparently they are the only person who can take care of it. I've spent hours on the phone, on hold and then the line gets disconnected. I call back and the same situation repeats.
they have sold my account. to collection co. the account I never have ever had a sprint account and I never will I have filled a police report and everything they still won't take it off o my credit report which has given me bad credit I want to sue them for everything I can get from them as I believe they have cause me a lot of mental pain and suffering
Prolonged action, wrong changes, insurance doesn't work, customer service plays you in circles, charged for a line that sprint confirmed was shut off, haven't gotten a refund, false advertisements on new account buy one get one free, random charges not explained, inflated prices..... I got a nearly $300 bill and the second line is still on, I had to cancel a number that I had for 5 years because I couldn't get the phone repaired with the insurance I paid for, total not what was explained. much more.
Firstly, I signed up for sprint to have a cheaper bill. The company gave me an estimated bill of $220 when the bill actually ended up costing me $340 a month which was more than I previously paid at Verizon wireless. Upon recieving my phone I could not get service for 4 days because of the lack of communication within sprint wireless. I have now switched back to verizon after two years of service and lease agreement with sprint. Now after mailing back all 4 of my phones in working condition ending my lease agreement. I am being charged $274 for remaining balances or "scratches" on my phones bringing down the value.
I upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone max on October 5th and it’s taken them up until now and 5 iPhone Max’s later to admit on a recorded line that the LTE isn’t compatible w/their network as well as admitting in writing via email that I’m paying for unlimited LTE data but they toggle w/it reduced the speed to nothing as if it’s not already slow.
I returned Sprint equipment the 3rd day of having it and their policy is return in 30 days for full refund. It's been a little over a month and I have not received my refund for the device I returned and they keep charging me for the monthly plan for which I don't have service with them.
I didn’t have service in my home at all for two months and still don’t have data after three months. They refused to let me out of my contract
I was overcharged for adding additional lines to my plan and they refuse to honor my current plan.
They lie constantly, give false information, and keep increasing bill even though they constantly tell me it will be one price.
Representatives gave wrong information and didn’t update payment showing our account paid in full for April 2019. Put us under a contract that we are to honor but they are not honoring their contract to us. Every time we speak to someone, information is not recorded on our account and different information is given.
purchased 3 phone with monthly payments for 18 months now they put me on a forever lease plan on my phone and tell me i cant purchase my phones in Pennsylvania where i purchased my phones. paye on 3 phones for 24 months and they say i do not own my 3 phones
I am a valid customer since 2014 and I never got the service I want , every month i pay my bill and I don’t get what I want I have NO coverage when i go out of my city , I can’t reach my husband while he at work, last weekend we paid my husband phone off and we canceled the lease on his phone and the advisor promised to us that my husband phone will be unlocked within 24-72 hours
Sprint was running a campaign - buy one iPhone, get the second iPhone for free. We purchased an iPhone with two plans and got the second phone. In about 18 months I started to notice that my monthly bills got significantly higher. I called Sprint and found out that water 18 month of my lease I have to start paying monthly for both phones or have to buy them out from Sprint for almost $200 a piece even I was still using their service.
January 30th 2018 I began service with Sprint looking forward to the features that it offered.
It wasn’t until November 2018 that I noticed that I could no longer take a call and access the internet.
I called Sprint January 2019 ( it took me a while because of how busy I was) to resolve the issue. It was never made known to me that Sprint does not cover VOIP at that time. Sprint issued a $20 credit and After some fiddling with settings on my end and theirs it worked again for a couple months and the stopped.
When signing up I was quoted 100$ a month for up to 5 lines We got 4 lines 3 out of the 4 there was issues with one the screen wasn’t working properly one the charger for it didn’t work and the other battery life is sort. I have been quoted 5 prices for my bill since starting with sprint and all 5 have been hire then what I was promised. Each department I have spoken to has told me the opposite of what the one before did . One department said they fixed my bill which price was still higher then what was promised and then was told that my bill was not fixed they can’t fix it etc
The salestaff hustled me.
I didn't like the model of phone or Sprint service.
The service didn't work at my job location.
They wouldn't let me return phone in the 2 weeks I had to try it. I was told there was a $45 restocking fee which was never mentioned.
I call into Sprint every month to dispute my billed amount. I get it resolved or so I'm lead to believe. The next month rolls around and my bill is twice what I agreed.
In January of 2019 I paid my Sprint bill and asked to terminate service in February and Port my iPhone number to MCS mobile. I explained that I was retired and couldn't afford the services and needed my phone unlocked since I owned it, and was planning to keep my number. In February I had difficulty with MCS overload and couldn't get any service so I asked Spring to get me one month on the senior discount plan: $49.
