My account was due a 5.00 credit for autopay per line and only applied 3 of my 4 lines over a period of years
T mobile ported out my phone number after 12 years without my authorization. Resulting in identity theft for myself and spouse
Tmobile has charged my account for a telephone line that I don't even know about it, they connected someone else under my account and have me pay for it. Tmobile has raised the monthly fee. Every time that I contacted them to solve the problem it never change.
T-Mobile owes me a refund of $1,015. I moved my business to a location in October 2018, where T-Mobile was not receiving good reception, if at all. I transferred my 2 cellphone lines to a new carrier. I tried logging into my T-Mobile online account to see if it showed things closing out, but it was cancelled. I also did not receive any further statements from T-Mobile and assumed this meant everything was taken care of. With the move and a long awaited vacation, I didn't notice they continued to charge my credit card until February 2019. I called at that time and requested a refund, I never heard back from them. I was then charged for another month.
I M******** M account number XXXXX4884 I purchased 3 wireless phone devices 2 iPhone 8pluses and one iPhone X which was purchased April 2,2018 I took one of my devices in for repair early Feb 2019 and was given a loaner phone I received an email stating that my device was repaired and ready for pick up two weeks later just to arrive and receive my broken device in the same condition as left it in. I asked the representative why my phone had not been repaired? he stated "I closed out the account and reported it stolen".
My husband passed away on November **, 2018 I notified T-mobile on Saturday January 26 2019 and sent them a scan of the official death certificate. They did let me know money was owed but said that they would wait and find out if anything needed to be done like making payments, a few days later I was called by T-mobile and told that I didnt need to make a payment and that the account was officially closed. On April 17,2019 they shut off my service this lasted for over a week and ended on April 24,2019. They claimed I neglected to pay and didnt even bother to call me and let me know. Ive spoken to at least 7 people from their office in Bellingham who are a special team called T-mobile experts. They didnt even care enough to admit it was thier fault and provide even a written apology.
