Uber terminated my services as a driver due to a complaint from a passenger without due process resulting in lost hardships and wages.
Worked uber one year and half. With high rating 4.96. Never had any complaint with any. Customer.
Dec 3 2018 picked up drunk lady ffrom apke bees restaurant to adrees sh put it in the app. When ireached her address she said its not het addess. I asked if she dont know address and she eas drunk. I told that i can To call her family. To give her directions. She refused then eventuslly she got off the car.
They keep charging me frequently 5$ cancellation fee from drivers that never show us , refuse to answer any of my calls , messages .. they do it intentionally as they’re not even moving on the map , they wait a few mins then they just cancel so they get the 5$ fee
It happens a lot as I said and Uber doesn’t care as they like ripping people off , it gives me anxiety and it literally make me sick to my stomach , they gave me a lot of issues
Failed to honor $30 promo code, which was successfully applied to the account before requesting ride. Uber support claims promotion is not eligible to be redeemed on trip in question, but as stated in the Uber App, 'You can see the details of your promotions in the "Payment" section of your app menu.' No additional requirements for the promo code were listed under the "Payment" section in the Uber app.
They ripped me off of a $1000 sign-up bonus
In early April I took Uber from my home to Ontario Airport. Before arriving the airport I asked the driver to drop me off at terminal 2. She ignored my request but drove me to terminal 4 as she mentioned she followed the destination by the app shows. Moreover, she took me to the line for share ride spot and incarcerated me in the “Waiting Line” for over a half hour since she claimed she could drop me at the spot only. I’ve never face such problem before with other share ride app at other airport. I did a research later and I found the waiting spot is for picking up only, Uber driver can drop passengers in where curbside signs indicate you may safely drop off riders. For this reason I missed my flight and have to cancel my related reservation with extra forfeitable fees.
An old Uber account of mine was hacked and the hacker attempted to charge a few hundred dollars in rides to my various accounts and cards. I contacted Uber, provided the proof that the account was hacked, the charges were coming from Amsterdam and I live in Brooklyn, NY! They refused to help me by phone and the email support would not help me closed the old account down.
A customer damaged my vehicle and Uber refuses repair compensation and refuses to provide information on the customer. The damage caused me three nights of earnings loss due to I couldn't work because of the damage to my car.
