they are declining my identity theft claim and decided to reinvestigate
Set up sprint service, the service didn't work well at my home. Returned the phones and devices within the 14 day grace period (day 11) and they didn't cancel the service until 2 months later. Now I can't get a "supervisor" on the phone and apparently they are the only person who can take care of it. I've spent hours on the phone, on hold and then the line gets disconnected. I call back and the same situation repeats.
they have sold my account. to collection co. the account I never have ever had a sprint account and I never will I have filled a police report and everything they still won't take it off o my credit report which has given me bad credit I want to sue them for everything I can get from them as I believe they have cause me a lot of mental pain and suffering
On March 5th, 8th, 9th, and 14th, one of my credit cards was charged multiple times from Netflix. The charges were for either $11.99 or $14.99, and they originated from the Netherlands--a country I'd never been to, and they were charged in Saudi Riyal. I immediately called Citi to tell them about this and alert them of the obvious fraudulent charges.
Firstly, I signed up for sprint to have a cheaper bill. The company gave me an estimated bill of $220 when the bill actually ended up costing me $340 a month which was more than I previously paid at Verizon wireless. Upon recieving my phone I could not get service for 4 days because of the lack of communication within sprint wireless. I have now switched back to verizon after two years of service and lease agreement with sprint. Now after mailing back all 4 of my phones in working condition ending my lease agreement. I am being charged $274 for remaining balances or "scratches" on my phones bringing down the value.
They changed a bank I didn’t Authorize them to use, I only authorize them to use the PayPal credit card not not my bank

After improperly restricting my online account access and closing all my accounts except for my current auto loan, USAA stopped sending me statements for my auto loan. I made many requests for physical statements to be sent as USAA prevented me from accessing them online. USAA kept stating they would have them sent but they never came. My auto loan was auto paid from my USAA checking account. Which after USAA closed my checking account payment was unable to be made for my auto loan.
They are holding my money for 180 days and its agianst the law
Sprint was running a campaign - buy one iPhone, get the second iPhone for free. We purchased an iPhone with two plans and got the second phone. In about 18 months I started to notice that my monthly bills got significantly higher. I called Sprint and found out that water 18 month of my lease I have to start paying monthly for both phones or have to buy them out from Sprint for almost $200 a piece even I was still using their service.
When I bought my car from the dealership I had 15 hard inquiries against my credit. 4 of which were from ally financial.
Never had account two people name on account but whole bill is in my name plus I don't know any info about account.
Tried to cancel service online. They would not cancel. Said had to call in. Call the number given. When following prompts when you push cancel service they hang up. Went round and round with this for 4 months. It was not till stopped paying that got someone to call me. Finally got cancelled but they turnedv2 months payments in on credit.
Sprint sales rep promoted items falsely sprint was aware of no sign contract on devices that were later billed into my contract no resolution but small reimbursement that will roll back over to sprint. No feed back on actions. Constant follow ups on my behalf that led to a dead end. Robbery on the blind because I still ended up paying for items that sprint should of been accounted and held liable for as per fraudulent sale transaction. Last but not least few months ago I called in to close the account and made a payment no only did I say more than once “are you sure once I make this payment I am done with sprint” the rep also continued to state that he will follow up with me do to the multiple discussions on my account.
They were charging me for services that I was not aware I had. Then after talking to several customer service representatives I was told the issue would be taken care of. The bill never was fixed, instead it was sent to collections and ended up on my credit report affecting my credit
I have provided several police reports, per Experian representative's request, regarding a collection account that is on my Experian report as a result of fraud and identity theft. Experian refuses to remove and or block the fraud account from my credit report and further will not assit me in sending in specific detailed requirements in order to assit me with the fraud account removal.
I had a reservation for Cannes from 15 to 21 of may, one day I saw the reservation was cancelled without any notification. I ask what happened they told me the credit account had some problems and they are chargin me 900 euros. they didnt told me why, i didnt receive any message.
I had an operation overseas and I asked santander consumer USA for loan extension and they gave me extension. But my recovery took longer as I expected and I couldn’t work to pay the car payment. Their representatives called me and I explained my situation and they agreed each month I pay like 100 to 200$ to keep the account current and I did pay even more than we agreed. But they denied these agreement and reported to credit reporting agencies and repossessed my car and cost me so much to release my car again.
PayPal retroactively reopened completed transactions made with my PayPal credit and illegally withdrew money from my bank account.
