The final step to submit your claim:
We ask you to please place a card on file (credit or debit). You should know:
We’ll only charge this card if you “ghost” us.
If you win compensation, we’ll send you a bill for our commission, not charge this card
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, let us know and pay nothing under our 100% satisfaction guarantee
All card information is handled by Stripe, a payments service used by over 100,000 businesses. Radvocate never sees your card details.
Why does Radvocate ask for my card information?
We want to verify that you’re a real person.
In rare cases when a client becomes unresponsive we reserve the right to charge a $30 “ghosting” fee for our time and effort on a claim. See below for more details.
How and when will Radvocate charge me?
If you win compensation for your claim, We send you a bill for 15% of your award. You can pay this bill with whatever card you’d like. We’ll always give you notice and an opportunity to opt out.
If Radvocate sends and manages a claim and the client later become unresponsive to repeated contact attempts and fails to report an outcome, we reserve the right to charge a $30 fee. However, if your claim is unsuccessful, or if you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, just let us know and you pay nothing.
